Meet Sam

Listen first. Get to work.

Sam Howes is running to bring a focused, practical voice to Ward 3—one rooted in listening, showing up, and following through.

My name is Sam Howes, and I’m proud to call Oshawa’s Ward 3 home. I’ve lived here since 2012, built my business here, and am raising my son here. I’m a licensed plumber, a small-business owner, and a blue-collar tradesman—and I believe it’s time to bring that real-world experience to City Council.
